Dr. David Sweetman is an executive coach and program leader with MOR Associates. He has worked with thousands of leaders across the country to enable their potential and implement change to achieve strategically impactful results.
David has worked in higher education IT for over a quarter century, including senior and executive IT leadership roles. He has worked in central university IT, decentralized college IT, and health system IT in contexts ranging from infrastructure, to research support, to organizational development, to clinician support, to education. Through those experiences, he gained a deep appreciation of the challenges, opportunities, and tensions between each.
