Project Classification
Main navigation
Project Classification categorizes key project attributes such as budget, resourcing, integration, urgency, visibility, tech plan, risk, and impact into high, moderate, and low levels. This helps in assessing the project's scale, complexity, and potential challenges to ensure effective planning and execution, and to understand how it will impact the campus.
Project Classification is determined when submitting a project through the OneIT Project Form, which initiates the start of the project.
