OneIT Governance Goals

The purpose of the OneIT governance process is to optimize and prioritize the use of institutional resources and efforts. We do this by improving the way that we engage OneIT teams across central and distributed unit projects. We coordinate our use of technology to prevent duplication of effort, and enhance the level of transparency throughout our project lifecycles and decision-making processes. Essentially, we ensure that all efforts are synchronized with the university's strategy and long-term efforts while ensuring the continuous management of institutional risk.
