To reflect a focus inclusive of but also beyond AI, the AI Support Team in Information Technology Services (ITS) has been renamed the Emerging Technologies Team. Dave Long has accepted the position of executive director of the Office of Teaching, Learning, and Technology (OTLT) after a competitive national search. Long has served as interim senior director of OTLT since November 2025.
