In 2024, OneIT helped the University of Iowa understand and leverage the capabilities of artificial intelligence, implemented new tools to foster student success, and invested in data literacy and infrastructure enhancements.

In 2023, OneIT launched a new learning-analytics solution, developed a career-planning tool for students, and made investments in research computing while also delivering critical technology services and support and making enhancements to security and infrastructure.  IT professionals focused on helping the campus navigate evolving technologies like artificial intelligence and created a new strategic plan that aligns with the university's strategic priorities.
