Interactive Data Analytics Service (IDAS) supports large-scale and collaborative data analytics workflows that utilize interactive tools such as RStudio, Jupyter Notebook, and Jupyter Lab. IDAS users can quickly access these tools on a web browser, without VPN or initial software installation. Instructors use IDAS for in-class demonstration, assignments, and exams.

Users enrolled in Two-Step Login

Users are now required to use Two-Step Login to access key university services like MyUI, ICON, and Office 365. Getting everyone enrolled helps keep academic and personal data secure.

Advancing IT support, services, and infrastructure 

Projects included phone and email enhancements, expansion of multi-factor authentication, a refresh of network electronics, and new tools for research
