After serving as executive director of the Enterprise Infrastructure department in Information Technology Services on an interim basis since June, Dave Kelly has accepted the position permanently. 

Kelly has worked in EI for 17 years and provided excellent leadership for the department during the past eight months. He will continue reporting to Associate Vice President and Chief Information Officer Steve Fleagle and serving on the ITS Leadership Team and the OneIT Operations Team. 

Kelly joined ITS in 2007 and prior to the interim executive director role, served as director of Technology Platform Services (TPS) for three and a half years. He was responsible for three teams delivering services for virtualization and hosting, enterprise storage, enterprise backup and restore, enterprise SQL server management, monitoring, Amazon Web Services and Azure cloud, network load balancing, and operating system lifecycle management for Windows and Linux. Throughout his tenure in EI, he has also worked as a senior systems administrator, a systems architect, and cloud team manager. 

During Kelly’s interim role, Chris Lawrence served as interim director of TPS and Seth Clarke served as interim leader of the Cloud and OS Team in TPS. Both have accepted those roles permanently.
