These overarching initiatives along with 16 efficiency projects formed the basis of the OneIT@Iowa initiative and addressed the four IT business cases approved by the Board of Regents through the Transparent, Inclusive Efficiency Review (TIER). The projects kicked off in 2015 and all were completed by June 2018.
