The Classroom and Collaboration IT Support project team recently completed an inventory of service models for support of AV, computer labs and teaching facilities in campus academic units. Meetings were held with leaders from each college to inventory how organizations currently install, support and maintain a variety of learning space technologies. The group plans to hold similar discussions with Administrative IT leaders in the coming week and to use those as the basis for forming recommendations about future service models and levels. Additionally, this group recently shared its overall project plan, which is outlined on the OneIT website.
