The OneIT End User Support Project recently completed implementations with the College of Public Health and the College of Dentistry. Planning is underway in the College of Engineering, and the project is on track for June 2018 completion.
As part of the implementations, four IT professionals were welcomed to the Extended Technical Support (ETS) team. They are listed with the organizations with which they primarily work:
- Corey Lund was hired for an open position supporting the College of Dentistry, and his position in the Help Desk will be backfilled.
- Benjamin Schroder, College of Public Health
- Ruxton Smith, College of Public Health
- Adam Tatro, College of Public Health
The project team works with each unit to assess needs and implement the services on a unit-by-unit basis. Services in scope include help desk, device management, and desktop support.
