The Identity and Access Management (IAM) team recently began discussions about automated de-provisioning and provisioning of access controls for select campus door controllers.

Currently many electronically locked doors on campus require a staff member to manually add/remove faculty, staff and students to room-access lists.

The IAM team is working with the College of Engineering IT staff and ITS application developers to increase the number of doors that can be updated automatically based upon a change to a person’s employment, student status, or other factors.
