The End User Support Team released a whitepaper describing proposed practices for the management of Mac OS desktop computers and notebooks, along with iOS devices (iPads, etc). The document, available here, describes in detail the tool sets to be used and process for determining patch updates, application releases, and other maintenance processes. The team presented the proposed practices to the OneIT Steering Committee on Dec. 8 to positive reviews.
